Recently a friend and I discussed our thoughts on education. He and I share many ideas and values, but it was a clear difference in our styles - church members. He could not understand why I feel it is important to raise my child in a religious community felt. He did not ask because I wanted my child to believe in God, but could not see how members of the church family could be an important parenting.
I told Tom that actuallyFive reasons why I think it's important to raise my son in a religious community.
First, of course, the question of faith. I want my child to have a strong faith in God because I have faith that, consolation, comfort and inspiration to know him through the joys and sufferings that are in the business for him to wear as a person. I know from personal experience and numerous studies have shown that people live happier with the belief in a supreme being increasinglyfulfilling life.
Belonging to a church is to attend Sunday services. It is a member of this community, and this is a very important factor in my decision for my child. His friends are the children, who all his life and his teachers and coaches are adults and young people we have known for years has known. We have the history and context, which brings us together for fun and fellowship and to share concerns and celebrate the joys.
Every child needs adiversity are the role models to decide which person. It occurs to me is no better place to find a wide range of models in a church. I know there are many people who look at our church and I'm sure my son is too.
Regularly attend church and Sunday school, and participation in the ecclesial community, a child presents with a number of important guidelines for a good man and a good Christian. Learn the Golden Rule, the10 Commandments and Bible studies are an important part of it. Children learn by observing others and by example. If you give their parents and other adults see their time, love and money, it will be longer.
Finally, I think that the Church's teaching my son a lot of social relationships. He has a group of peers, is known since childhood and grow into adulthood with, it also has a spread of generations and whiteloves people of all ages and backgrounds, you probably do not know whether or not the church. Just my little boy in a church I gave a number of social connections and learn to help and we hope to grow into a man I can be proud of.
These five reasons are powerful reasons to defend his son in a religious community, but there is another important factor. About the church and parish activities is something we can do together as a family.Down from the hectic whirl of the day to day and in a community of faith.
