Gearing Up For Grandparent's Day - A Big Day in Sunday School Class

Celebrating Grandparent's Day is not only a fun holiday that children get to give cards and gifts to their grandparents. It is also a day of recognizing how special grandparents are, and how long they have been around to experience history. Grandparents can tell so many stories of the "good ole days," and children can have a personal glimpse of what life was really like for folks growing up in the early to mid-1900s. Make this day extra nice in your Sunday school class with these holiday-oriented ideas.

Cards for Grandparents

Of course, giving gifts and cards to grandparents is fun on this special day. As a class activity, why not bring in an assortment of scrapbooking materials and let children make handmade cards. You can encourage your students to bring in pictures from home to personalize the cards even more. Supply scissors, glue sticks, stickers, ribbons, and other materials to help the cards come to life. This is great for classes of any age or grade.

Make a Family Tree

This activity is especially fun for older children who understand how a family is made. Print out a tree coloring page from any website. Make apples for the tree using green and red construction paper. Have children write the names of family members on the apples and glue them onto the tree in proper order. Have the grandparents on each side of the family on the top, move down to mom and dad, and then to the kids. Let kids put their pets on the tree, too! Done right, this would make a great gift for grandparents.

Bake a Treat

Consider baking a special treat for the children to their grandparents, such as muffins, cookies or other point in the home, such as "grandma to use." Store cookies in zipper bag with a special note or a poem attached to the outside of the bag. If you do not have access to a large kitchen at your church, is cooked ahead of time, andhave children decorate the bags in class.

Class Grandparent Adoption

Take a field trip on this Sunday to a local nursing home that allows children to adopt a grandparent. You can adopt one lady or man to be your class grandparent. Some people in nursing homes rarely get visitors or gifts, and as a class you can be sure to fill a void in a person's life. What a great way to start such a project than on Grandparent's Day! But, do not forget this special person throughout the year. Remember to visit them often (perhaps families of students taking turns each week), and send goodies for all special occasions.

These ideas have probably sparked many other ideas for what you can teach in Sunday school this week. Great lessons for this week include Abraham in old age (Genesis 24-25) or a lesson in the book of Timothy. Encourage your students to spend time with their grandparents this day, and to take time to appreciate who they are and all the wonderful knowledge they hold. God bless each and every grandparent!

What can young children learn from preschool songs?

Preschool songs are an invaluable resource when it comes to young children. With songs preschool, children can learn many different basic and personal skills young people. The following article describes the lessons that young children can learn from each category of songs as well as an ideal name for a few songs.

The numbers and counting There are many songs dedicated to preschoolers and counting numbers. Improving the ability to rely ona catchy melody, small children are more able to memorize and repeat the numbers. Some popular songs for preschoolers, the data are included and count Hickory Dickory Doc, Ten Little Monkeys (note: you must sing again and again, because the boys never seem tired of it), 100 bottles of pop (the non-alcoholic version of beer 100 bottles on the wall. Dozens of bodies are for young children with short attention span) and One, Two, Buckle My Shoe. However, myfavorite song is counting Ants Go Marching, which is long enough, and are best for hiking with children.

Letters and most popular song is the song spelling alphabet letter, although it is far from spelling the 'only song, and can help teach young children the letters. Just like the songs count, do basic skills letter songs that is often difficult for children to learn and makes it easier. famous songs include writing and spellingBingo, the letter of the alphabet / sound / word song (sung to the tune of Twinkle, Twinkle), and apples and bananas (Vocal Song). There are also many different versions of alphabet rhymes and songs to teach children of preschool age the order of the alphabet.

Body Parts studies have shown that learning to recognize parts of his body small children enhances their self-esteem and increases self-esteem and independence. Not only that, but most of the songs are part of the bodySongs of activities that encourage movement. Above all, I'm really fun to sing! Most preschoolers know the head and shoulders, knees and toes with the Hokey Pokey. Another popular choice for teaching children the parts of his body, including Ten Little Fingers, Thumbkin and if you're happy and I know that (this is my favorite).

While it is important that children the lessons we are learning pre-school age children we have already spoken, the songsteach children the important lesson that learning can be fun and that is fine, silly once in a while. With songs from pre-school to teach children the basic skills not only easier, it makes it fun. This can be an important first step in creating a love for learning to be in your child.

Why should your child in a parish Raise

Recently a friend and I discussed our thoughts on education. He and I share many ideas and values, but it was a clear difference in our styles - church members. He could not understand why I feel it is important to raise my child in a religious community felt. He did not ask because I wanted my child to believe in God, but could not see how members of the church family could be an important parenting.

I told Tom that actuallyFive reasons why I think it's important to raise my son in a religious community.

First, of course, the question of faith. I want my child to have a strong faith in God because I have faith that, consolation, comfort and inspiration to know him through the joys and sufferings that are in the business for him to wear as a person. I know from personal experience and numerous studies have shown that people live happier with the belief in a supreme being increasinglyfulfilling life.

Belonging to a church is to attend Sunday services. It is a member of this community, and this is a very important factor in my decision for my child. His friends are the children, who all his life and his teachers and coaches are adults and young people we have known for years has known. We have the history and context, which brings us together for fun and fellowship and to share concerns and celebrate the joys.

Every child needs adiversity are the role models to decide which person. It occurs to me is no better place to find a wide range of models in a church. I know there are many people who look at our church and I'm sure my son is too.

Regularly attend church and Sunday school, and participation in the ecclesial community, a child presents with a number of important guidelines for a good man and a good Christian. Learn the Golden Rule, the10 Commandments and Bible studies are an important part of it. Children learn by observing others and by example. If you give their parents and other adults see their time, love and money, it will be longer.

Finally, I think that the Church's teaching my son a lot of social relationships. He has a group of peers, is known since childhood and grow into adulthood with, it also has a spread of generations and whiteloves people of all ages and backgrounds, you probably do not know whether or not the church. Just my little boy in a church I gave a number of social connections and learn to help and we hope to grow into a man I can be proud of.

These five reasons are powerful reasons to defend his son in a religious community, but there is another important factor. About the church and parish activities is something we can do together as a family.Down from the hectic whirl of the day to day and in a community of faith.

Preschool Learning - Development of an age-appropriate curriculum

Students lose interest in pre-school education if they are not direct and concentrated. Lessons must have a clear purpose and sometimes teachers should remind students to different teaching. Just as in the speech to do, say teachers should teach students what they learned, and then say what they have learned.

Repeating the preschool classes several times during the day or several days, the materialSinks for students and promotes better retention. Forcing the lesson to be repeated, but also helps the teachers' attention on the most important aspects of teaching.

Age appropriate

There are some lessons that are too advanced materials for preschool children to the abstractness of the present or the detailed information necessary for understanding. Teachers should always take account of the expiry of theirThe students and their cognitive development.

However, this does not mean that teachers hold back the children of pre-school education. teachers must always be forward, encouraging them to push to learn and grow through the pre-school classes and other activities. If a teacher believes that the class is about teaching pre-school age should be introduced to advanced concepts, similar to those taught in kindergartens.

When you make a teacherwith one or two students who are more advanced than the group of teachers of other student activities should be considered. These activities should be customized so that students still attend class, be challenged, but their level.

Assignments for students could learn to write the alphabet, learning to tie your shoes, or rote learning of their home address. These activities do not interfere with students of any challenge, butwith a teacher teaching the class as a whole.

Teaching right and wrong

preschool lessons in diction are a perfect place for teachers to bring the ideas of right and wrong. Why are students or accused of inappropriate behavior probably, teachers should strive to impart these lessons specifically for students. With the inclusion of parts of social values, customs and behavior appropriate, the teacher can increase studentfully functioning members of society.

Includes lessons of right and wrong is not hard lesson for every day. If the teachers tell the students about nature, can hold one or two sentences about the importance of nature conservation and clean our resources. When it comes to holidays, teachers can show the usual greetings for holidays and how they react when someone says something to you.

Preschool education muststudents specifically tailored to the needs of children. Teachers should the lessons interesting, focusing on a specific topic, and repetitive. By repeating the number of the lesson, students more opportunities to absorb and really understand the teachers, the material presented.

preschool education should also challenge students at their level. Advanced individual projects can be consulted to help, so that interest them, and teachers caninclude lessons of right and wrong to help all students understand the correct social behavior.

His teachings are timeless and important in every generation. Tragically, there is a clear lack of knowledge of the Bible in view of today's youth. In the first quarter of the school year you get a lot of opportunities for our patriotism with the celebration of Constitution Day in September to explore the opportunities to explore the beginning of November, followed quickly by observe Veterans Day The world celebrated the end of World War II and was created in 1938, the national holiday of "Armistice Day". In 1954, the celebration of Veterans Day "has been renamed, thus allowing all veterans to be honored. What kind of activities we can do to help childrenappreciate the veterans who have served? My goal is twofold: one, to honor veterans, and two, to a certain technological skills in the build process. Some ideas for using technology, including the honor veterans

Visit the websites created for children by veteran organizations.
Writing letters, poems, and then create cards for veterans and the distribution of local hospitals and veteran homes. These cards can be made in KidPix or other drawing program. This could be a flag witha note written in stripes, letters or word processing with drawings or clip art of computer people in the armed forces (particularly well done by kindergarten, first and second classes!)
Create a class book for all images of the alloy class, create and give to a VA hospital or VA home.
Podcasting stories through recorded interviews with veterans created, either at school or outside school.
Podcast of the students about why we are grateful for the armed forces.
LeadThe veterans of the school and honor them through songs, skits and stories for children.
Bring a veteran to share with the students' work on the history and experiences, some of the armed forces of the school.

Throughout the world this day is celebrated, is called Veterans Day, Remembrance Day or Armistice Day. The idea is to reaffirm our commitment to world peace. The children of our world have taught and reminded that peace can be achieved in the world is a target value. In addition,Our children need to take the time to connect with adults, learning to listen and to appreciate what people who have served our country have to teach us all.

Preschool Songs - Get your children to listen

Most parents and teachers are aware that children like to listen to the songs and sing along with pre-school. However, the secret that parents do not know many songs to get your children to ensure that potential, to listen better and follow the instructions often.

As parents, we know that can pull a three years away from what they do to get to clean their rooms or dine with a breakout of war experience, usually veryWhy and end in a "Why I told you!"

But, dear music and singing of children, with games and fun. So there would be a good idea to put the tasks your child does not like the music and make it a game? Yes, it's a good idea and, above all, it really works.

Well, let me tell you that I have a terrible singing voice continued. I threw a karaoke club and I saw my teenage children face when I sing with theRadio in my car. Even with all that love me to hear my baby sing to me. In fact, I'd probably lose my voice when so much as asking me to sing. So do not let the faith (or an event of the fact) that sing you can not stop using this method.

How to use the songs pre-school to attract the attention paid to the child? Start with the announcement that the time has come that's so and so. For example, it is time to collect toys. At this point, you can expect your child orThey completely ignore the fact that they are absorbed in something else, or slow and weak and start to pick up the toys. I'm sure you know what I mean. Those times when you "helped" pick up half the room when they put their children a book.

By singing a song while you resume to the toy, the child will feel more like a game rather than doing a routine job. The whole process is not painless, but it will help your childTitle during pickup during the show that everything, even the ordinary activities of daily fun with a little effort. Not just the toy to be picked up, but your child will learn a lesson in life important in looking for some fun

This is the song that I sing in my three years and take their toys. We have also adapted to fit any withdrawal transaction.

Now we collect our toys, pick up our toys, pick up our toys

Now we collect our toys, pick up our toys, pick up our toys

We put our books away one by one, one by one, one by one,

We make our blocks away one by one, one by one, one by one

Now our work is always done, always, always done

Now our work is always done, always, one by one.

If everything is almost lost, to change the words:

Now our job is almost done, almost done, almost done

Now our job is almost done, we are one by one.

How did this song, they seeTracks (or sing songs as they really are) should not be complicated or even very good rhyme. In fact, remember, the simpler the song, the easier it is for your child and is fun to sing along. All you need is a bit 'of song that your child is to capture the attention for the length of the task.

Singing the songs can also be used for the preparation of meals, bath times, bedtimes and more fun. The only important thing to remember is that the songs shouldidentical or very similar from day to day. Your child to learn the songs and they are to have the consistency that is so important at this early age. So take advantage of preschool songs of ordinary everyday activities fun, make it easy and keep the same every day and especially not have to worry about before, if you can not sing well, or your child loves you (and your voice) as you are.

The amazing adventures of Great Books for children found

Do you have any idea? Ever wanted to captain a pirate ship? Or float in the clouds like a bird high? Or how about another galaxy to explore far beyond our solar system? Great children's books can do that and more in the hands of a child as a place of inspiration to explore his imagination.

I know I did when I was a child. I still remember to this day, (and is quite a long time was mind you) to read stories of jungle strongholds. Fly on the back of ahuge creature for a city of emerald or adventure deep into the heart of the Amazon jungle and the search for a city of gold. I would spend hours locked in my room and began to walk through the world of make believe, by an author who truly understand the wonders of a good idea.

Big love to read and children are no different. Read great books for children around the world can cause a sense of meaning and understanding what is happening. Preschool children's books mayto learn a wonderful opportunity for children to understand, to share feelings or concerns and also the emotions. For a child, nothing can be as cozy cuddle in a warm blanket on a cold winter evening with a book for older children, or read a book with that special mom or dad or grandmother or grandfather.

Or maybe it's a hot and sunny summer afternoon and your child can be found sitting beside a stream, his feet dangling in cold water as clear as you read about a boya ride on a Delta Queen. Regardless of what they read, the possibilities are endless, and the stories from all around the page will take forever.

Great children's books capture the imagination of a child. You can take a child into a new world, away from their daily lives and touch their minds with the gift of learning in a way that in other media formats. If parents open a young mind by the wonders of the nursery school for children's books or largeChildren's books, then the possibility of the imagination, development and learning begins to develop in this child and allow out of their reach in ways that we can not even imagine to expand.

This is the power of God's gift to us, through our creativity.

Jesus told many stories that the Bible is all recorded. One of his most important lessons we have learned, or should, do the parable of the Good Samaritan. Think about the story and howwith regard to our nation today? With unemployment at an all time high, so many people out of work and hunger are pressing problems in these days of a history as one who loves his neighbors' color of their skin or the language spoken teach them, so that a child a book that teaches you how to help those in need not only the impact on their lives, but eventually affect the lives they touch, they get older.

Let's face it, childrenthese days have to deal with many problems. Can be stored for every parent or grandparent with so many problems in a society, lose their way seems much more frustrating. And to be honest, it is difficult, or can be in any case, to transfer the child to a preschool child or many children's books, the books may be unsure of what to give her. So, what do we, as parents or grandparents or uncles? We investigate, or at least take a look at what's available and if the book has aintellectual appeal that contains traditional Christian values, you can ensure that you find these particular books are ideal for placement in the hands of a child whose mind is open to new ideas and useful lessons that reflect their Christian values.

I have a niece of two years, and she is a doll. Even two is alert and always running from one thing to another as it all seems new to them, and it is natural. But I also noticed that in the late afternoon, she is walking in his basket in preschool children's books were delivered randomly to me and many many family members we have, and to sit down and begin to see everything, touch, feel and, of course, screaming laughter when they can 'tl 'sites are fast enough. So what does that mean? Your mind is open and ready to learn.

The early years of a child begins to develop the most important of all as their brains more, began to broaden their understandingand its reasoning fits your logical thinking.

But most importantly, the fact that love, at this crucial point in their life, their morals, and learn why it is so important to others as they are loved. This is the place to find it and that's where we as parents and grandparents and aunts still collect them and share the joy and the experience that you discover all the pages of a magical place and time - mostly children's books.

Homeschooling students Junior High

Homeschooling High student can be observed in many different ways. It can be a time to be sure that the skills are taught in middle school and cemented skills are well known enough to step into the upper classes for your students to do without a fight at their side. Or, if your child is ready and look for opportunity is the junior high years are a perfect time to start them. In this age you should be, their passions and what to see in a positionthey are eager to know. Finding the resources for the passion, the self-study curriculum, outside, or Co-op classes, community colleges, special classes, learning what fits the bill to help your child stay enthusiastic about her.

Now I respect the fact that a supporter of the formal education of a child is covered. In my opinion it would be foolish not to ensure that the foundations of mathematics, science, history and literature are covered. This is the time to expand on thisFoundations do not leave behind them. However, this is the time to give children some freedom to say and what they are otherwise still interested in completing their education.

This freedom should comfort the parents of students in secondary schools. This is a moment where you do not take full responsibility for all of your child's education. The same child is more and more responsibility for, and then with the classes of external assistance and education, the role of a mother alwaysManaging teacher then. Your task will be to ensure that all educational goals are and that the child stays on track with the long line of their goals for their future.

Now that we have discussed educational objectives for your medium and how is your role in the formation changed to a certain extent, its time to have other objectives you feel after junior. We wanted our children's life experiences that provide for themselvesas they grow into their adult life. No matter the sex of the child need to know how to cook, there is not much care if it's a gourmet meal or boxed macaroni and cheese with some knowledge about what to eat was important. At this point in life Junior High wash dishes, clean the living room and bathroom, as well as the care of your space should be familiar with the housework it. It 'also important to teach children how to do their ownWashing the car go as well as use detergent to use. The teaching of proper iron is an important skill that he could not use a lot, but they still need to be exposed to them.

Preschool Valentine Games - Will You Be Mine, Valentine?

Valentine's Day is a favorite place for children because it offers the possibility of their love for the most important people in his life as a clever excuse to eat candy Express. It 's a great time of year to love a shot at some preschoolers games in Valentine's lesson plan to reinforce the central theme.

Most of these games on the theme or an image of the heart that is of central importance for the feast of St. Valentine. Moreover, since Valentine's Day is aSecular non-party, are the parents of objections to these preschool valentine games.

While the most obvious of games preschool Valentine's Day is the production and sale of Valentine's Day or bought with taste, do not be afraid to go beyond this classic work. A large variation of the game is to make Valentine's Day, each child has a Valentine's card for her family, paint, glitter, stickers, and what other art supplies available.

AfterValentine's Day is complete, place in an envelope and help each child write their address on the envelope. If time and weather permits, a short hike with local children, so the Valentine's Day to mail their families.

Without heart

Some games allow preschoolers valentine to work on their skills and orderly. For example, this game called "Heart of numbers, children have the pair of numbers with the appropriate amountof dots or hearts. Cut a number of large heart shapes from construction paper or cardboard.

Then, cut each heart in the sense of the average length. Write a number on the left side of the heart, and draw that many dots or small heart on the opposite side. Then mix half and try to see if the numbers match the children with the right amount of points or heart.

Here's a fun game that children identify pictures is heart-shaped. Cut a heart for each child inthe class. Next have the children go to magazines interesting pictures of animals, people, flowers or something else look like they are fascinating. Once you have decided on a picture, cut and paste from the store in the heart.

After all children are ready to rally the hearts and put them in a bag. One by one, draw a heart for children from the bag and identify the image on the heart. You can also try to guess where the heart is.

Try to see if they can find two identical hearts. Once the game is over, clean the interior is simple, children get to eat the heart!

My Bible ABC ABC my prayers a review

Bowman, along with illustrator Stacey Lamb, took an old idea and fresh. NBC in my prayers each double page with a bizarre picture, a letter, and five words "prayer". Most of these prayers, words of thanks, and most want to be able to identify a good job with the small problems of children. Some are also unexpected. For example, I'm not surprised to see a prayer of thanksgiving for all creation, or rain or shine. Bowman, but also things like doctors("Thank God for doctors who can help me if I get sick, / they give me special medicine / So now I feel better."). Some prayers stray away from you instead of offering basic truths. For example:. "O is for / There 's only one God who loves me, / There is only one God, / who cares." s only one God in heaven / Who hears my prayer. "

My Bible ABC are similar. Each letter of the alphabet is identified with a Bible on the subject. For example: "A is for animals"Noah's Ark, and "B is for Bethlehem? / Where Jesus Christ was born / it in the cradle / So cozy and warm" are also cited Joseph's coat of many colors, Daniel, Elijah, Goliath, Hannah, Isaac, Lazarus, Mary-net fishing, disease, Esther, rainbows and more. Each is described briefly. For example: "R is for the beautiful RAINBOW / See it up / shine in the sky / show us the love of God?" and should be a springboard for further discussion or reading onArguments.

I like: The fun, carefree illustrations, an introduction to the prayers of thanksgiving, and basic biblical concepts presented in this duo.

What I like: X is excited, "In My ABC Bible," is not ideal. On the other hand, it is rather difficult to find a word beginning with the letter X Bible, is part of a book on ...

Crafts Church - Two ways to be creative in Sunday School

Sunday school activities should be fun, creative and challenging. A lot of time, but you may have a difficult time coming to church, interesting crafts that your children enjoy the church. Here, two Sunday school crafts for your students to enjoy.

Stained Glass Bible Activities

To craft the Bible, you will need the following supplies:

* Wash-out marker
* Coffee filters
* Construction paper
* Spray bottle filled withWater
* Clear on paper

Distribute a coffee filter to every student ministry for their children, and advise them to color with markers at will (it is imperative that you put the markers that are washable). Next have the children spray the coffee filter with a spray bottle.

After the filter is dry, cut a cross from the construction paper to each student of the liturgy of your children (I recommend you do these pre-cut before the class or the ability of your childreneven if they are old enough). Now glue the colored filters help the students to the construction paper and cover with clear paper to make sure it lasts as long as possible. The students love it, something to take home to their families, and it will be a great addition to your resume.

Sandpaper Sunday School Craft

This is a big job to do if your church Sunday school curriculum includes current Egypt. For this job, you mustpieces of sandpaper big enough for each student to have a number of colored pencils.

Instruct your children to take to church for a scene in an Egyptian student on sandpaper. Encourage them, pyramids, a sunset, and people sectors. Tell them to be sure that they are difficult for the pastels to get the best print results.

This children's Bible crafts Ministry gives students something to bring to your families at home, its that they stimulate discussion on lessonslearned in Sunday school.

These two church crafts are great ways to get your students to use their creative sides and also the support of other classes you teach.

Teach your kids self-esteem

The first step to teach your child about his self-esteem is to understand your self-esteem. Sit down and think little of yourself and your child will learn to do the same. If you keep saying these things about yourself like "I know I'm nothing, I do not know why, I always thought I could get this fixed," will soon hear your child tell you the same kind of things. similar negative comments from you, your child like: "You are always with each other," lowYour child's self-esteem. If to believe, that begins to make messed up, "then he will be. He is "confused" at school, he "does not know why he thought he could pass this test."

All humans are unique beings with their own look, personality and purpose and then have a value. But according to experts are negative words like "stupid" "idiot", "harassment" and "idiot" in the direction most people sent more than 15,000 times before they are made of highSchool. Words like these are also the strongest personality with self-doubt after listening to over and over to fill. But with the inner awareness that words are not true assessments of the value of a person, which can be put into words the anger or ignorance, as do the damage they can take otherwise.

Now we have the problem of how to transmit this knowledge to our child, without the impression that you do not hear anything anyone says. You mustTeach your children the difference between remedial education or advice, and negativity that comes from an inside source to the negative speaker. My son has felt a little 'advice from me, but it was also the recipient of some of the negative words that came from my inner negative feelings. I once worked 60 miles from home, a job I particularly liked. Most of the evening I arrived in 11 hours after leaving in the not so great mood, and I jumped on him often verballywith strong negative words for every little thing said or done. The only positive thing I can say about these events is that I realize what I was doing and began to apologize, after each time it happened to say something like:. "I'm sorry you have to earn something, what I said. Just was not ready with my problems and took it up."

It was not that I make too many excuses for my son, before taking my desire to check my learnedFrustrations on him, and he learned well the lesson that some types of verbal attacks negative speakers have little to do, and everything to do with him with the internal state. The parents of the children of this knowledge just be honest about the negative words they speak. The child can then transfer this knowledge to other situations with other speakers.

Another thing you can do for your child's sense of self-esteem, to do things they did. I am notSpeaking of winning and win a UIL competition trophy. Services that make a person feel good about themselves can be quite simple things. Let them organize clean, fresh and decorate their bedroom or build a go-kart, or to cut the hair of the dog. Then say, "This is great." Do not say: "Your body would really look better here" or "Maybe the dog groomer can to smooth the hair Spot". Let proud of their work.

Henry Ford said: "If you think you can or think you can not,You are right. "What your child thinks she is capable of what it can do. Taught to believe your child is a pain, intelligent person is essential to the quality of life.

What they ate in Biblical times - Use foods with the help of Bible lesson planning

If you think the foods you normally eat, think, you probably think of unhealthy fast food, convenience food, frozen foods full of preservatives, or candy that are full of fat and sugar. These types of foods, while typical of many are only added to the human diet. In fact, if one did not exist in ancient times, many of the foods we eat today.

In many cases, the food consumed in biblical times, much healthier thanorganically grown and never eaten. Organic farming is a kind of fashionable slogan today. E '"cool" about eating organic foods are grown without pesticides or hormones. During biblical times, people had the choice of organic food to eat no more. There was nothing else available.

The animals were killed for food have always been free range. They have never been injected with hormones or antibiotics, and have always been thin. Of course, at that time, many people do not even eat meatat every meal because it was not as abundant, and because the Bible says that eating too much meat in fact, a sick person. The flesh eating fish was usually limited, sheep, and some types of poultry. Pigs were considered unclean.

When the meat was not available, people have their protein from other sources. Nuts and soybeans have been important in their diet. Now we know, now that soy is very healthy and provides a good source of lean protein. Walnuts are alsoVery good for the body. While they contain fat, they have the 'straight' type of fat.

The yogurt was eaten during this period, although it is not the same kind of yogurt in the lot 'of packages that we eat today is flavored. It contained no preservatives and no sugar. Often made from goat's milk and ran. This was known as the cheese in the period.

If you look at the cereals and vegetables, it is important that people eat during the time thatoriginally from their country. There was no import or export of goods. Food to eat, which meant originally from the country that many people have worked hard for their food, often their own agricultural production have been. vegetables and fruits are popular figs, pomegranates, olives (most people eat on a daily basis), and apricots. Some studies suggest that in fact the famous apple, tempted Eve was not really an apple at all, because it does not come from the area. Instead, it was an apricot.

FromGrains were obviously very important to the diet at this time. Previously, the barley and wheat to make bread and other grain products. It contains no preservatives, salt and sugar. If sweetness was necessary, was then used honey. Grasso has been banned, particularly animal fats. However, the olive oil used in cooking and food preparation. E 'was abundant and nutritious as well.

It 's easy to see how our diets have changed over the years. During biblical times, people do notThe choice is yours, as we do today. They ate when they need to eat and not eat too much or eat unhealthy foods.

Lost and Found - a free activity for children Bible for physics Luke 19:10

Have you ever lost something of value? I think we all use once or twice a panic and search through our love for our baby up and missing. Finding a sense of relief once our task is not achieved by other emotions too. Take a deep breath and thank God that we find what was lost.

Jesus came to know what was lost. Namely us. He has 3 different dishes that show the importance and priority that when all those who are reallylost without him. One story about a woman who lost a precious coin. He had lost 10 of them but you. I heard a pastor once say that the coin would be a missing part of her dowry represented in their marriage. In other words, their lack of type of coin was, as we lose our wedding. Damn! It is not difficult to imagine their pain.

Luke 19:10 says, "The Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost." Your children can learn this important truth fromPlay this free bible activity called "Lost and Found."

Here's what you do:

For this game, the child is in a circle, shoulder to shoulder. You need a long piece of thread around to extend your circle of children within the circle. Slip a ring on the thread and then tie the ends of the wire and each child got their hands on the thread.

It must also arrange for your children, Luke 19:10, saying in a rhythmic way, Idescribed below:

(By focusing on each underlined word.)

For the Son of Man

He came to seek and to save

What

It was

Lost

Lukas nineteen: Ten

Here is how:

Before the game, you might want to talk about the parable of the lost coin. (Luke 15.8-10), we must also imagine Luke 19:10 parts, like the children are so important to God that He gave His Son Jesus to "find", and keep them. He welcomes yourevery child is. Tell the children how to Luke 19:10 in a rhythmic way of speaking.

Now to educate all children, except one who get into a circle. The child chose, which is not part of the circle in the center of the circle. Show your class ring on the thread. Not all children retain the wire. Let the child at the center close your eyes and point to a child and hide the ring in his hand, while at the same time adhere to the yarn. Tell the group thatbegins by passing the loop around the circle to be seen without it. It is to find the lost child in the middle of the ring. Explain that everyone wants to discard the existence of the Ring "off" to mock the middle child. In passing through the ring, you should play the lead class in Luke 19:10. said after the verse says: "Stop!" The child at the center now has a guess that could have the ring. If successful, the person holding the ring wasthe new Finder. If the hypothesis is correct, it is possible, the teacher, select a new Finder. Bible now in charge until the middle of all of them had at least one turn in

Jesus' - five loaves and two fishes

On one occasion, said the Lord Jesus to his disciples: "Let's go to a deserted place where there are no people around and you can have a break for a while. 'She had big crowds of people gathered around them since from early morning or at night. They were often so busy during the day, did not have time to eat.

sick and lonely people came to healing and comforting, while some have come out of curiosity. The disciples with Jesus in a boat and get in lineto find the lake is a quiet place to pray and talk and teach them where Jesus could be many things that could not teach the people. But the people on the left bank, which they did, and walked to the edge of the lake.

People came hurriedly out of the cities and communities to join together to become a great deal. When Jesus and his disciples visited the site, found this great group of people there. Jesus had compassion on them, they were like sheep, were not to worry about a pastor for them. He began to teach many things. Although he was tired and hungry Jesus never thought of himself, but he spent his time and his strength with the people who needed him so badly.

All afternoon he taught the people and helped them. When the sun began to sink in the West, the disciples came to Jesus and said .. "Send the people away now it's getting dark and they are hungry there is no place herebuy food because this is a desert place, They must go to the villages nearby before thy can buy anything to eat." The Lord Jesus looked at the tired and hungry people. Then He said to His disciples, "They do not need to go away, we can feed them here."

Philip one of Jesus' disciples said, "Why two hundred shillings worth of food would only be enough for everyone to have just a very little and not a full meal." Perhaps this was more money then the disciples had between them. The Lord Jesus The test was Philip and the other disciples, to see if they believed that he could feed the large crowd. They had seen turn water into wine, heal many sick people, and that many miracles. But he had not yet learned that he was the Son of God with power to do anything.

Then Andrew, another student came to Jesus, he was asked where they receive food for all these hungry people. He said: "I was a kid, who has five barley loaves and two fishes, but what arethat among many people? "Jesus said to them:" Tell everyone to sit down. "It 's been a place of grass, and the people sitting in groups of fifty and a hundred, so it was easy to count and move between them. All the people were anxious to see what Jesus would do. I wonder what the guy thinks as did his lunch in the hands of Jesus' and stood there, waiting to see what would happen?

The Lord Jesus took the five loaves and two fishes in smallHis hands. And he bowed his head and prayed, thanking God for the food we had given them. Then he broke the loaves and fish into small pieces. He gave some to his disciples and told them to hand to all people. Everyone was so much as he wanted to take. No matter how hungry a person was out of the trash has always been in him.

Perhaps those furthest asked if there was something left over when the students reached, but wasabundance for all. Everyone has to eat whatever they wanted and there was more! If anyone could eat, Jesus said to his disciples: "Take your truck and get everything in order so nothing is wasted is left." The disciples went out among the crowd again, gathered up all the broken glass and all that was left. Each had a basket, when he returned, twelve baskets in total. This was much more than they had when they began.

Just as the Lord Jesus made wine in aTime, it was a miracle. The bread is made of flour and wheat flour. God sends rain and sun, can grow. Here he made at a time of bread in a period of months.
